This is an area of the home that will require design planning and most likely 2 home visits before final plans are made. But it is well worth it. Roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, lights, garages, decks, patios, porches, pole barn, storage shed, pergola, masonry and chimney work, staining/painting, retaining walls, tree removal, landscaping, irrigation systems, drainage systems, we have jacked up garages and unsunk houses, repitched roofs to a new angle, poured concrete slabs, and more.

​I know this is a broad category. So let me cram a lot into it. Paint, trim, doors, fireplaces, built in storage, heating and cooling, new rooms, less rooms, new stair cases, MOVED stair cases, insulation, drop ceiling, electrical upgrades, new water heater, flooring, lighting… basically everything that doesn’t go on the outside and isn’t already designated a kitchen or bath. This is the living space that you will spend the bulk of your time in. Make your living room cozy, your bedroom soothing, your entryway inviting.
